There is no better location in Athens to utterly unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and only a 40-minute drive away from the airport.
Set across two floors, the Villa has more than enough rooms to accommodate up to 12 guests and entertain friends and family, at its three spacious and welcoming living rooms.
Bright sunshine pours through the multiple walls of sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows within the Villa, providing the most incredible and uninterrupted views of the clear blue sea. An elegant color palette is complemented by handmade wooden details and floors, and subtle tones at each spacious bedroom. The property also features a private office area with its own fireplace, where you can work or study uninterrupted.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a massive deck area with sunbeds, your perfect spot to view the sunset from, and a large pool (plus one smaller for kids) to relax in after a day spent on the beautiful terrace. Two fully equipped kitchens have all you need to cook up tasty meals for everyone. The living area opens directly onto the outside deck area, where you will find the two pools, a BBQ, and a choice of lounge and dining areas. Whether you are watching the sunrise or basking in the morning heat, you’ll easily find yourself spending days gazing at the delightful sights from the outdoor lounging area.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
