On the upper floor is the master bedroom with the Jacuzzi and the dressing room. The king-sized bed overlooks the bay giving amazing views.
First floor holds 2 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and the other with a separate power shower cabin. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have orthopedic mattresses and sea view.
The living room is spacious and airy, offers fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons. The ground floor consists of a private gym, game room with video projector, interactive and digital games, Wi-Fi connection and PC.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
