The Villa features 5 double/1 single bedrooms, all with en-suite marble bathrooms, spacious living rooms, indoor and outdoor dining area, kitchen, direct access to the private beach and the private heated pool, spa with gym and sauna and contemporary finishes throughout.
CEL-2 seafront Villa has living space of 425 sq.m., suitable for up to 11 adults. On main level, by the pool, the residence features a large sitting room with independent kitchen, an indoor and an outdoor dining area, along with a laundry room and a gym. The middle level is where the main entrance and master bedroom with separate study are, while the top level has three of the bedrooms and a pantry.

Features, Amenities and Services

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
