Villa CRT-12 sits close to the coastline of Agioi Apostoloi. The bright open spaces composed of glass steel and concrete, promote a contemporary lifestyle. The open spaces and transparent surfaces blur the interior with the external areas and disrupt the visual boundaries between them.
The Villa is split over two levels. The ground floor includes a double-height living area (with a 55” 4K satellite TV & Netflix), a dining room suitable for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom with a shower, and one bedroom with two single beds.
The ground floor is completely transparent, exhibiting an 11 meters wide sliding window aiming to merge the internal with the external areas and achieve a sense of clarity.
A suspended steel and glass staircase lead to the upper floor with an opening-ventilated skylight above it, expanding upwards towards the sky.
The upper floor has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a private terrace. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat TV and a wardrobe. The extensive use of glass gives an astonishing sense of transparency. The full-height openings bring the garden and pool view into the house.
The external areas (patio-garden) are an extension of the house and include sun-loungers, BBQ, and dining area. The adults’ infinity pool lies next to a strip of banana trees, while the kids’ pool is located directly in front of the living area.
At night, the house and the garden lights come up, exhibiting openness and clarity – characteristics that represent contemporary architecture at its best. The sustainable design with no boundaries intends to promote a minimalistic, yet very functional and luxurious way of living.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
