This exquisite beach resort comprises a magnificent main Villa and an opulent independent apartment suitable to accommodate up to 7 individuals. The main Villa comprises two floors. The ground floor features a single-space room that combines a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room extends onto a veranda, which features a private swimming pool with an immediate view of the beach. The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a bathtub and one double bedroom, with a balcony offering garden views.
On the top floor of the Villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom features a double bed, a veranda, and breathtaking views of the swimming pool and the beach of Almyros. The second bedroom features a single bed and a veranda. This room is perfect for parents who want to keep their child close by.
Our complementary independent apartment offers guests a private space to unwind. The apartment features one ensuite double bedroom, a working desk area, and one more living room. Further to the above, a dedicated fitness area exists in a separate space for guests who like to keep fit while on vacation.
Outside, the Villa features a swimming pool with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos. There is also an outdoor shower, chaise-lounges, outdoor furniture, and a dining area. The stone path of the Villa leads directly to the beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden in harmony with the natural environment, filled with stunning flowers and trees. The Villa also offers two parking spots for guests.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
