Villa CHV-1 will impress you with its style and comfort. There are six airy elegant bedrooms with high-quality mattresses and linens, 4 of them with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious, with contemporary design, comfortable beds, and all the amenities such as a mirror, wardrobe, and desk. There are 6 bathrooms either with showers or a bathtub. You can find bath amenities made from Cretan olive oil and bring a taste of the Cretan treasures in your bathroom.
The two fully-equipped kitchens will make your stay easy. The first one is located on the first floor of the house and the second one is on the ground floor. The second kitchen offers direct access to the swimming pool. You will be able to enjoy cold drinks and prepare meals and snacks while your kids play in the pool area. There are two cozy living rooms with a fireplace and dining areas. The Villa is very big and there are many lounge places!
Outdoor facilities
Villa CHV-1 is like a hidden paradise surrounded by trees and flowers. The private big-size 50 sq.m. pool awaits you to swim and relax on the sun loungers. A wooden pergola offers shade on the dining table and the barbeque area close to the pool. This is the ideal spot for entertainment day and night. The yard is connected to the ground floor and you have direct access to the kitchen and the living room.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
