In a privileged location where privacy and serenity dominate, three cozy Villas promise memorable holidays above the crystal waters of Falassarna Beach. CHV-3 is a 3-Villas complex that can host up to 16 guests. The stone and the view of the turquoise waters are the main elements of the complex.
Indoor facilities
Two of the Villas consist of two floors with three spacious bedrooms. When it’s time to turn in for the night, sink into your comfy double beds and let the sounds of the city lull you to sleep. Their equipped kitchens are ideal for preparing a hearty feast. Especially when lunchtime arrives, gather your ensemble around the sleek dining tables for a convivial meal that you may have prepared, while gazing at the pool and sea. Relax in the open-plan living rooms which offer you a soothing sitting area, with direct access to spacious terraces that provide you with an outdoor space to call your own. There is also a fireplace, the perfect place for you to curl up on the sofa with a book and relax after a long day exploring Chania. Three fully equipped bathrooms complete the interior space of each Villa where you can have your bath after a long tiring day with complete privacy and autonomy.
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area of each Villa is a unique place to relax enjoying the amazing sunset. It’s the perfect spot for you that allows you to gaze out into the open whilst you sip your morning coffee. Prepare a traditional Cretan recipe in the fully equipped BBQ and enjoy it in the outdoor dining area. Fancy some fresh air? Access to the exterior area is pretty easy from all the Villas, meanwhile, fresh air can be let in, each morning from the large windows that create the illusion of transparency.
After a long day, you can swim in one of the pools, or you can enjoy your drink on the balconies. A pergola offers shade for relaxing moments. Heated Pool Policy
For 2023, the swimming pools can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge, by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26,5 – 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility.
The Villas are situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan Sea and mountains. As they are located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car to reach the complex easily.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
