Indoor facilities
Step inside Villa CHV-9, finding a stylish interior that matches the enchanting surrounding of the area. Minimal yet ultimately comfortable, the main living room features large windows gazing at outstanding views of the natural landscape and the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with modern electrical appliances.
Five spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are comfortably dominated by the two floors offering moments of serenity and privacy for all its guests. One bedroom with a double size bed is located on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The rest bedrooms are located on the first floor, two with double-size beds and two with twin-size beds with ensuite bathrooms and a balcony with a sea view.
Outdoor facilities
Villa CHV-9 comes complete with an outdoor swimming pool, a BBQ, and a wooden dining table. Take advantage to visit the crystal and turquoise waters of the famous beach of Falassarna within a small driving distance. There is also a parking space for your vehicles!

Heated pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days’ advance notice for this facility.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
