Indoor facilities
Villa CHV-17 features four airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big indoor living and kitchen area with high-end amenities, and an amazing view from the whole property. The interior of the Villa on the ground floor is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It features four airy bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms complete the layout of the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and access to private balconies. One of them is equipped with an extra terrace with sun loungers, an umbrella, sun chairs and a table. Each room has its air-conditioner, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi access and amazing sea view! On the ground floor, there is a playroom with a pool table, a 75’’ Smart TV, a PlayStation, a Bar, Sofa, an iron board and iron, a washing machine & tumble dryer.
Outdoor facilities
Whether you choose to relax on the long sandy beach, or take a tour of the beautiful island of Crete, there’s nothing better than coming back to swim in the private pool, or drinking a glass of wine and gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Outdoor, a living area, a dining table with a gas barbeque which is completed with patio furniture. The location of Villa CHV-17 is at a unique point and all the facilities are close by.
Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge for October, April till 15 May, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of November till the end of March, the pool can be heated at an extra cost of 70€ per day. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
