Villa CHV-26 is a brand new two-story Villa, located in Falasarna, the most well-known destination in Chania during the summer season. The accessibility to the sea provides you the comfort to enjoy the Cretan Sea and sun. Indoor facilities
Villa CHV-26 is a two-story Villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of them on the first floor one with twin beds with a sea view, and another double bed. The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a shared WC with a shower suitable for all the guests and on the upper floor 2 ensuite bathrooms with a shower.
Luxury and modern design completes the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the Villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
Outdoor facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than laying by the pool and having your tanning session? The swimming pool with a pool area and the lounge space with sofas make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun, little things that will impress you.
The accessibility to the sea is pretty easy, giving you the chance to enjoy the Cretan Sea. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the Villa with a charger for the electric cars.
Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26,5 – 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days’ advance notice for this facility.
Villa CHV-26 is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan Sea and mountains. As the Villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
