Villa CHV-28 is a three-ground floor residence and consists of five cozy designed bedrooms on the ground floor with en suite bathrooms. Three of them provide an amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Each bedroom has a stone-faced bathroom and a separate WC is located on the first floor which is suitable for all guests. Minimal, modern and sleek these are the major pillars of the creation of this Villa. The flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and the artificial eco fireplace create the best atmosphere for cozy evenings with your friends and family. In the same area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Villa CHV-28 is the luxury oasis that you will fall in love with this summer.
Outdoors facilities
The large-sized swimming pool (1.5 – 2m deep) filled with fresh seawater is the highlight of the exterior area. The best idea is to savor a dip into the pool, in which you will leave behind all your problems. On the right side of the pool, there is a dining area where the guests can relax and taste some traditional dishes while watching the sunset. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
