Indoor facilities
Villa CHV-29 is an amphitheatrical-designed residence where in the first part, you will find yourself in an open-air living room with a dining space for 6 guests and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances for an unforgettable cooking experience. The property has 3 bedrooms, two of them have a king-size bed and a satellite TV and one of them has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Amazing pool view and mountain view are offered and the bedroom with the twin size bed with a satellite TV has also a gazing mountain and pool view.
No better way for you and your loved ones to enjoy the beautiful sunset from the interior area of the villa while you are getting cozy on the sofa or the bed. The amphitheatrical design as has been mentioned above creates another level where you will find a second part. An open-air living room with a sofa and a satellite TV for cozy and relaxed moments, a kitchen pretty close to this area and also equipped with all the necessary appliances and a sitting area for 8 guests will be the perfect spot for you and your friends to enjoy your meals. The same floor features three more bedrooms with a minimal aesthetic and a contemporary design that blends perfectly with the whole idea of the luxury villa. Two of them have double-size beds with satellite TVs and the third one has twin-size beds that can be converted into a double-size and an ensuite bathroom. Last but not least, in the same area there is a communal bathroom suitable for all the guests.
Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large private swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for kids. Surrounded by sunbeds where you can enjoy and relax your carefree days! Right next to the pool, there is a barbeque space with a dining area protected under a pergola where you can have your meals with your loved ones under the starlight sky. There is also a playground for your kids and don’t miss the parking area for your vehicles! The exterior area gives you the ultimate feeling of calmness and offers you the opportunity to get a getaway from the noisy city and the routine of everyday life escaping into an oasis.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
