CHV-30 Villa in Crete is a part of a four luxury villas complex located in Agia Pelagia. It is two-storey and 225 sq.m. Villa, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with panoramic sea views, a private swimming pool and a separate children’s swimming pool. All the services and amenities are designed in a way to provide the guest a stay with relaxation and comfort. Both interior and exterior areas are organized and offer complete luxurious privacy.
Indoor facilities
Villa CHV-30 consists of five modern designed bedrooms on the ground floor with en suite bathrooms. Three of them have an amazing view with panoramic windows to the Cretan Sea and the two of them have a skylight atrium. Each bedroom has a stone-faced bathroom and a separate WC is located on the first floor which is suitable for all guests. The living room is located on the first floor, designed with the aesthetic of minimalism and modern architecture with a selection of high-quality elements. In the living room, there is a flat-screen smart TV and an artificial eco fireplace. Right next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, which allows the guest to even cook and try some of the traditional Cretan dishes.
Outdoors facilities
The large-sized swimming pool filled with fresh water and surrounded by a green well-tended area, captures the eye of every guest and becomes the favorite place in the Villa offering at the same time a mesmerizing view of the Mediterranean Sea. On the right side of the pool, there is a pergola with a dining area, kitchen and grill where the guests can relax and taste some traditional dishes. Don’t forget that the secure parking area is on the front side of the Villa and is suitable for 2 cars.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
