Indoor facilities
Entering the Villa on the ground level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances, a dining table and an open-plan living area with a sofa. Pop your slippers on and settle into a movie night in front of your wide-screen satellite TV. Relax on the comfortable sofas or dine in the outdoor dining area on the balcony overlooking the amazing views of the sea.
Villa CHV-31 consists of three airy bedrooms with double mattresses divided into two floors. Two of the bedrooms are located on the lower level, while the third one is located in the attic. On the same level, you will find a sitting area and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. From the balcony in the attic, you can enjoy the sea view day and night. Two communal bathrooms with showers and a washing machine are suitable for all the guests.
Outdoor facilities
In the outdoor area, relax on the sunbeds enjoying the Cretan Sun. The swimming pool is the ideal place to spend your day with your loved ones. Whatever spot of the pool area you choose, you have the opportunity to gaze at the awesome view of the Sea. In the backyard, you will find a BBQ and a wooden stove, ideal for cooking a traditional Cretan recipe. Dine at the dining table near the pool and have a blast! Plants and trees surround the Villa, creating a place close to nature giving you a refreshed and rejuvenated feeling for your holidays. Don’t forget that a safe parking spot is available for 2 cars.

We aim to provide a high-quality luxury vacation for our guests with 24/7 concierge service and arrange everything you may need from recommendations, reservations, personalized services, or special requirements to particular requests.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
