Villa CHV-39 is a recently renovated luxury Villa for Rent in Crete with a high standard design and construction quality. 

The Villa is located next to Sternes village which is only 5 minutes’ drive away from the well-known sandy beach of Marathi and Loutraki. 

Villa CHV-39 is a three-storey villa that can host up to 8 persons. A sleek contemporary house designed over three floors with wonderful sea views framed by the spectacular White Mountains.

With its architectural supremacy, the Villa is aligning perfectly with the natural environment. Guests will be enchanted by the charming features this Villa has. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a satellite TV, a dining area with a table for six persons, and a ceramic kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable cooking experience. 

A WC on the ground floor is suitable for all the guests. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with one double bed and a balcony with a sea view and another bedroom with a king-size bed which can be made up as a double or a 2 single bed with the same amenities. 

In the basement, there is an open area with a double-sized bed, a living room with a sofa that pulls out to a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Outdoor facilities

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the swimming pool with a ladder entry. The perfect spot for you to enjoy the Cretan sun next to your loved ones. The garden with the sunbeds and the BBQ offers a comfortable and easy holiday living with privacy and lack of noise. The quietness and the beauty of nature with only noise harnessed from the birds singing onto the surrounding creates an ideal summer location. A parking area is located on the front side of the property.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date

If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.

*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.

The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.

Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
