With breath-taking sunset views over the bay of Chania, Villa C-13 is a stunning Villa and provides the ultimate retreat for relaxation and luxury.
The Villa comfortably sleeps up to 7 people and features 3 double bedrooms, a large private swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a fantastic outdoor dining and BBQ area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the three bedrooms have spacious wardrobes filled with satin linen of unique quality and bed mattresses and pillows for comfortable undisturbed nights.
Each bedroom of Villa C-13 has an en-suite bathroom filled with bathrobes, soft towels, and a hairdryer. Don’t forget to visit the Jacuzzi for a full relaxation of body and mind.
Villa C-13 offers all rental requirements, a comfortable living room, with a stereo system and satellite TV, and air conditioning throughout the building as well as free wireless internet which is accessible for all the guests.
Don’t forget to use the shared tennis court for a playful exercise with friends and family members.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
