Villas CRT-29 are two luxury properties complete with their own olive grove located in the tranquil Loutraki Bay near the picturesque town of Chania.

The 2-Villas Complex is set up on a hill with gorgeous views over Loutraki Bay where you can haze at the sunrise or just gaze out to the sea. This luxury estate is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees which still blossom, from which we produce extra virgin olive oil available for our guests.
Each Villa has its own swimming pool overlooking the sea, Jacuzzi, terrace and a small herb garden free to use by the chef of the family.
Within walking distance from the Villas a sandy beach with crystal-clear turquoise waters awaits you. Enjoy your swim or have a greek salad at the seaside restaurant. If you feel adventurous, you could also explore the cove with a sup board. Furthermore, Marathi Bay is located only 1.8km from the Villas, with more seaside options: three amazing beaches for you to explore or to discover the local gastronomy at the beachside tavernas.
Loutraki is a small cove on the southern tip of the Akrotiri peninsula in Chania. Close to the city, yet it feels like you are far away from it. Within walking distance from the Villas Complex and protected from strong winds, there is a quiet sandy beach, great for everyone. Nearby there are also more beaches to explore within Marathi Bay. It is the perfect location for your relaxing, peaceful, getaway vacation.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
