The Villa has 7 bedrooms and 1 family room with 2 bedrooms, in total 9 bedrooms can accommodate up to 25 guests. The sea view combined with the sound of the sea that fills the rooms promises an unparalleled experience.
Room No. 1: A spacious (and wheelchair-friendly) bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed, a built-in closet for ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom adorned with natural colors, where tranquility meets elegance.
Rooms No. 2 & 3: These adjoining rooms share a convenient ensuite bathroom and are equipped with built-in closets. One room features a double bed while the other includes three single beds, providing flexible accommodation options for families or groups.
Rooms No. 4 : This cozy room offers three single beds, built-in closets for storage, and ensuite bathrooms for added convenience.
Rooms No. 5 to 9: Spacious and elegantly appointed, these bedrooms boast a double bed and an additional single bed, along with ensuite bathrooms and built-in closets. Each room offers mesmerizing sea views, with direct access to the beach for a truly immersive coastal experience. Two of these rooms even feature a pergola right outside, creating a serene outdoor space for relaxation.

The pool pergola hosts a fully equipped barbeque kitchen and a long dining table for alfresco dining next to the barbeque but the highlight of this pergola is the viewpoint built-in sofa.

General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
