Set on a serene location just a 3 minutes’ drive from the nearest beach and perched on a steep hillside that overlooks the Ionian, Villa CRF-6 is a stylish 4-bedroom residence with a relaxing natural ambience. To better integrate the house into its natural surroundings, the terraces were clad with stone and wood. Part of the terrace is carved into the rock, providing natural protection for a shaded lounge/dining area. The decked terrace leads to a free-form infinity pool with spectacular vistas of the seascape. The terrace leads down to a small private cove that offers an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the crystal-clear waters.
Inside the house, the mood is elegant and romantic, with French-country furnishings in soothing pastel tones. The rooms are spacious, bright, with rich upholstery and minimal ornamentation to create a luxurious yet relaxing ambience. The main house has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Villa CRF-6 also includes an independent Studio with a double bedroom, kitchen and dining area, a gym and a steam room.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
