Spanning a single-story layout over 4.000 sq.m. of the estate exclusively for the use of the Villa seamlessly blends a 160 sq.m Main House and a 40 sq.m Guest House, all designed to foster a sense of privacy and unity.
The Villa is distinguished by its vast terraces and striking gardens, featuring also a yoga deck alongside a dipping pool, and a grand dining area under the shelter of a large chestnut tree gazebo, complete with comfortable sofas, a BBQ, and a traditional wood fired oven.
The Main House is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a large kitchen, designed for communal gatherings. Across the terrace, the cozy Guest House includes a kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom, and its own private terrace, offering a perfect blend of intimacy and open-air charm. General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
