VSK-3 Beachfront Villa is a unique standalone design property at the sandy Ligaries Beach (Kechria area) that welcomes up to 8 guests.
A sense of exclusivity enwraps guests the moment they enter the Villa on the first floor, by its location and pure/sleek design. Situated in an ancient olive orchard, surrounded by a protected nature reserve and in front of the sea, Villa VSK-3 offers the perfect way to relax.
While strolling on the widely open terrace including a hammock and lounge sunbed with various outdoor lounge options you will be caught by the magnificent sea view and view on the mainland of Pillion. On your right, you have the fully equipped kitchen with cozy sitting, while on the left the living area with home cinema and fireplace is waiting for you.
In the middle of the terrace, you have wide open stairs leading to the sleeping area on the ground floor. While entering the ground floor, you have access to 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 junior bedrooms with each their own private bathroom. All of them can make use of the ground-floor lounge terraces.
After discovering the Villa, you should definitely plan some relaxing time in the unique L-shaped infinity pool with a shallow chill zone.
Time for some beach? Put your flip-flops on and off you go to Ligaries beach for a swim in the sea or some sit-back time at the beach. Or just head over to Kechria Beach for a unique beach setting with grass.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
