Featuring unrivalled, iconic Matterhorn views on all floors, every part of Chalet ZRT-8 has been flawlessly designed to welcome you on your return from the slopes. The upper floor of the Chalet is home to the large open-plan living area, featuring double-height ceilings and an open fireplace. This space is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV after a fun-filled day. There is also desk space on this floor, ideal for any guests needing to catch up on any missed work during their stay.
Take the elevator downstairs, to find the handcrafted walnut, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a black natural granite worktop, and dining area. This space allows for the loving preparation of your evening meals, before indulging in your delicacies, comfortably seated around the dining table in front of the stunning Matterhorn and surrounding mountains backdrop. The breakfast island is an ideal spot for enjoying a quick snack before a hard day’s skiing.
After your evening meal, if temperatures allow, venture onto the large south-facing terrace area for a closer look at the unrivalled Matterhorn views.
The spacious sauna, spa shower room and massage area will tend to your after-ski relaxation needs. There is also an outdoor hot tub on the terrace of this level, to continue your spa session in front of the stunning snowy views. The lowest floor of Chalet ZRT-8 has a well-equipped gym with free weights, running machine, rowing machine, exercise bike, assault bike and yoga mats, for any guests looking to complete a further workout.
In total, Chalet ZRT-8 sleeps 6-8 guests across 3 en-suite bedrooms. The master king-size double bedroom has the additional luxury of a large south-facing balcony, walk-in dressing room and rainfall shower. A king-size double bedroom, with 2 full-size bunk beds, has the opportunity to be converted into a self-contained ‘apartment’ – occupying the 3rd floor. This room features a south-facing balcony (with direct access to the outdoor hot tub), lounge, TV area and kitchen, ideal for sleeping families, or for 4 teenagers/young adults.
For ease of access, the Chalet has a private lift connecting all floors. There is also a ski room with heated boot warmers, to ensure guests have toasty boots ready for the slopes.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests to include full gourmet catering, an open drinks bar and an arrival transfer from Zermatt train station. The Chalet can also be booked on a self-catered basis, to include housekeeping and concierge services.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
