The owner of the chalet has been coming to Courchevel for more than 50 years and our staff is local, giving us unparalleled insight into and knowledge of the 3 Valleys.
We are uniquely placed to provide tailored recommendations that cover not only skiing, but also Courchevel and the surrounding area.

While visiting our guests can relax in the lounge, take a rejuvenating sauna or hammam, splash around in our heated indoor pool or enjoy a glass of champagne in front of the fireplace.
Our concierge and event service is available and ready to organise anything from a ski teacher or a mountain guide to a private chef, organic groceries or a decadent massage.

Chalet FCR-8 is ideal for a family travelling alone and seeking an intimate and homely location in which to recharge and explore the surrounding 3 Valleys.
A group seeking privacy and an exclusive, authentic getaway will love our chalet, with its old wood interiors, jacuzzi bath, hammam, sauna and interior heated swimming pool.
Children will love the feeling of space, the indoor pool, the terraces (ideal for the construction of snowmen) and the proximity to the Bellecote piste.
Parents can relax and rejuvenate in the comfort of the chalets or benefit from the inexhaustible range of activities offered by the 3 Valleys to keep themselves and their offspring happy both on and off the slopes.
Chalet FCR-8 is equipped with large flat screen televisions with a wide range of satellite channels in various languages, a fax, well-equipped kitchen, large lounge and dining areas, a relaxation area, a ski room and a shared garage for two vehicles.
All our rooms are en-suite with L’Occitane bath products, fluffy slippers and bathrobes provided. Safes are provided for your valuables and beds are made with fresh cotton sheets and deep fluffy duvets and pillows to ensure a perfect night of sleep after a hard day on the slopes.
Chalet FCR-8 covers 360m2, hosts 12 people and offers exceptional views of the Saulire and surrounding peaks.
Natural light fills the large living area with inviting fire-place, settle-in sofas and a generous flatscreen TV.
A mezzanine level with sofa and television makes a perfect hideaway for children and adolescents alike. On clear days our south-facing terrace is perfect for an aperitif or catching some winter sunshine.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need and a separate spa area with heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam will ease your aching muscles and ensure complete relaxation and indulgence. You might even want to try the aqua bike if you’re feeling energetic!

BASEMENT
Wellness Centre
The basement is home to our very own spa, complete with heated indoor pool, sauna and hammam. After the exertion and fresh air of the slopes, make your way downstairs and relax completely in the comfort of your Alpine home. A massage or private yoga session can be arranged to round off your day.
Basement Bedrooms
The basement offers an additional 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people. The first room sleeps two in a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The remaining bedroom can sleep up to 4 people in 4 single beds and is perfect for children. A double bunk bed adds to the fun, while 2 of the single beds can be joined to form a double bed. The en-suite bathroom has a bath.
GROUND FLOOR
Master Bedroom
Our master bedroom on the ground floor is spacious and enveloping. It has a large King- Size bed, a flatscreen TV with a wide range of satellite channels in a number of different languages, access to a private outside terrace and a majestic view over la Saulire. A charming seating area showcases the work of international designers and the bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, a double basin and separate shower.
Ground Floor Bedrooms
Apart from the master bedroom, two bedrooms on the ground floor sleep an additional 4 people. With a double bed in one and two single beds in the other that can be joined to form a double bed, both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower. Individually decorated in warm, earthy tones both offer breathtaking views over the surrounding peaks.
FIRST FLOOR & MEZZANINE
Living Room and Kitchen
The large living area on the first floor is filled with natural light and provides the perfect space in which to relax and enjoy the exceptional wraparound views of the Saulire and surrounding peaks. Settle into the sprawling sofa in front of the inviting fire-place or watch your favourite movie on the large flatscreen TV.
The south-facing terrace is perfect for an aperitif on a sunny day. The dining area seats 12 and adjoins the kitchen. If you would like to cook up a storm our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. If you would prefer someone to cook for you, our concierge service can arrange this.
Mezzanine
The mezzanine level is nestled under the rafters between the living and dining area. It is secluded and private and the perfect place in which to curl up with a book on the sofa, unless the children find it first!
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
