In line with the distinct Cycladic architecture and with minimal décor, the Villa is marvelously nested on the cliffs of the island. It offers mesmerizing views to the Aegean Sea and the volcanic landscapes, for magical moments in the privacy and comfort of a genuine gem.
Villa SCG-1 is a spacious Villa, accommodating up to 5 persons. Upon entering the upper level, you will be amazed at the ambient white atmosphere and the elegant décor.
The upper level boasts an open-plan living area with a sofa bed, an entertainment center, a writing desk with computer and a kitchenette. Balcony doors lead to a furnished balcony with harbor views.
At the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom each. One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and the other bedroom has both a queen-sized and a single bed with plenty of room for an additional roll away or a baby cot. Both bedrooms lead to the furnished cliff-side terrace with a private swimming pool, where you can spend the whole day in the company of active views of the ships entering and leaving Athinios port.
The Villa’s terrace faces south-west and you can spend late night wine sessions with friends outdoors while being well protected from the north winds.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
