ZTR-6 Villa is on an ideal location by the sea offering a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea and only minutes away from the town center. The refreshing green of the forest and the wonderful blue of the sky is the only thing that prevails in this quiet location.
Available for large parties up to fifteen guests ZTR-6 Villa will cater your every need especially for families that will enjoy the numerous amenities on offer. A housekeeper/maid would be on-premises 24/7 as the villa provides staff quarters. Thus, ensuring the daily cleaning and linen changing (free of charge). Also available for weddings and special occasions.
Key Features
ZTR-6 Villa is located north of the town of Zakynthos, in Akrotiri. Akrotiri is an area mainly populated by villas and some small boutique hotels. From the veranda you have a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea and you have a great view of Kefalonia island and Kyllini in the Peloponnese. Beneath the Villa is a semi-private beach used mainly by locals living in the area. Access is through a staircase starting from the villa and ending directly on to the beach (Guests with mobility issues may find access difficult).
The house is a great destination for relaxation or activities during your holidays, depending on your mood. Our guests can decide to relax with a wonderful view of the sea and the sound of the waves or visit the closest beach of Tsilivi, which is a 5-minute drive and provides water sports, shops, restaurants and bars. Day tours to the blue caves and Shipwreck beach can be arranged. Families will find the Villa especially accommodating as it provides all the amenities necessary for a holiday to remember.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
