The Villa looks out to the islands of Mykonos and Delos, as well as to Mount Vrekastro. This sea-and-mountain landscape is as enticing as it looks, as you can simply walk to one of the two beaches in the area and take a swim in the Aegean’s gorgeous waters.
It is also just 250 meters (about 250 yards) from the old port area, meaning you can easily walk to the port to enjoy day trips that take you to nearby beaches. The new port, which is where most ferries arrive, is only 800 meters (half a mile) away. Once you’re on the property, you’ll find that the center of town is just a few minutes’ walk away, and can be easily explored on foot.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
