The pool of 500 sq.m. – larger on the island of Mykonos – gives the idea of being isolated on a private blue island.
The wooden bridge that leads to the private club is surrounded by candles and special handmade items from around the world. Flowing fabrics decorate the dining caves and all the corners from where someone can enjoy the night lights of Chora and the yachts that come and go just in front of your eyes. All furniture, sofas, and bars are uniquely handcrafted by a famous fashion interior designer who has chosen Villa A-1 to make a dream come true.
THE MYTHICAL POOL
Giving you the illusion of diving into the Aegean’s big blue, this infinitive pool of 500 sq.m. has an island shape, allowing the guests to swim or relax in totally different corner areas. The natural sea water surrounds the gorgeous palm tree giving the impression of an exotic island.
The wooden bridge leads the guests from the main entrance towards ‘The Club’. Inside the pool, you can find luxury toys for the boys and fabulous surprises for the girls, such as a huge bar inside the pool with a see-through bottom, specially made glass boats to enjoy a canoe ride from one side of the pool to the other, and flowing toys!
From the front side of the pool, you cannot get enough of the Aegean Sea view or you can relax by laying in the hammocks of the palm tree. From the west side, you can enjoy the external relaxing areas, and the bars, or even take a nap at the white couches right next to all corners of the pool.
Right at the front side of the pool a deck of 500 sq.m. with comfortable bamboo couches, umbrellas, sunbeds and huge beanbags, allows the guests to enjoy a cocktail in front of the infinity Aegean Blue Sea. Next to this deck, you can find a glass-made balcony built at the highest point of the cliff, including a hand-made table to be used as a private dining area for 8 persons.
After the cocktails, the guests enjoy their private moments in the sunset room, a private room by the sea, facing the sunset and sunrise covered with glass and wooden-made special fabrics.
An external wooden bar is located right next to the back side of the pool for the ones who want to stay independent or have a romantic glass of wine out of the wine collections that you can find inside.
During the night the pool has a special lighting effect that gives a romantic tone and of course, the view of the downtown (Chora) offers a spectacular magical effect. The pool areas are the meeting points of all the guests staying at Villa A-1, ready to offer unforgettable experiences to them during the day and night.
THE CLUB
One of the hot points of Villa A-1. A place of 150 sq.m. includes a private Club with a piano and a fully equipped instrumental Dolby surround system for private parties just in front of the infinitive Aegean.
The Club includes a private Jacuzzi for 4 and an extra king-size bed right next to it. Private parties and unforgettable events are taking place in this area.
THE GYM
The biggest and most equipped gym on the whole island is right in front of the Big Blue! The gym includes more than 30 TECHNOGYM working out machines in an area of 300 sq.m. The energy and feeling of working out with the greatest view make you love the exercise even more…
Each suite and bedroom of this Villa has a concept of its own so that all guests live their own experience.
Finally, there is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for the preparation of big dinners and events.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
