Private Villa KFT-2 is a 2-storey luxurious villa (ground and 1st floor) of approximately 220 m2 is situated on a 3.000 m2 plot and has a private swimming pool of 72 m2 (6m x 12 m) with an open air Jacuzzi of 10 m2 (3,30m x 3,10m).
The main house has 3 bedrooms; 1 master bedroom with an en suite large bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 VIP room and 1 Guestroom that share a large bathroom. The rooms have panoramic sea views and large verandas or balconies. The cozy lounge/dining room area has direct access to the external lounge area and pool.
The villa also includes a charming guest house with a kitchen and a private bathroom, a smaller guesthouse with a kitchenette and private bathroom.
In the external lounge area there is a comfortable and protected dining area for 12 guests, a built-in BBQ and a large bar area with sofas. The swimming pool has an overflow feature and its surrounding area is covered by a wooden sun-deck.
All areas of the villa are surrounded by a beautiful garden with pergolas and stone pedestals that protect the house from the northern winds and rain.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
