ASL-6 Villa has a main entrance (on the pool level) that opens into the dining room area on the left and the kitchen to the right, further on is the extended sitting area where the view to the sea is breath taking.
On the upper level is a Master bedroom with a Super King with en-suite bathroom & private balcony that affords an extraordinary view of the neighboring Cycladic islands.
On the pool level there is also another Master bedroom with 1 x King size bed (or 2S’s) with an en-suite bathroom.
On the ground level are 2 bedrooms, each with a King-size bed & a balcony door with direct access to the pool and they share 2 bathrooms.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
