The architecture of VVR-2 Villa boasts clean lines with a minimalist and chic décor. Picture windows and patio doors invite natural light. The spacious veranda is ideal for enjoying the magical colors of the sunrise and sunset while comfortably laid back on the sofa.
The residence is divided in 3 fully air-conditioned independent apartments that all together can accommodate up to 12 people.The swimming pool is located in front of the main apartment and can be used either as private for the main house or shared for all 3. Pergolas are also covered to give shadow to the lounge and dining areas.
Furthermore, smart TVs are available in all 3 living rooms, as well as Wi-Fi high-speed Internet in every area across the residence. Bluetooth speakers can be also used in the living rooms and in the pool area. Parking space within the property is available for 5 cars.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
