The KLM-3 villa offers comfortable accommodation for 10 persons, and has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, fireplace, flat screen TV with dvd player, sound bar, PlayStation, internet connection and alarm system. It also has a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
At the upper level there are 4 bedrooms, which have air conditioning systems, while all bedrooms have safe-boxes. All bathrooms are equipped with body and hair amenities and hair dryers. In all bedrooms there are bath towels, facial towels, bathrobes and slippers.
With access from the outside there is a comfortable guesthouse for 2 people with bathroom, kitchenette and air conditioning. At the surroundings there is a barbeque area, built couches, dining table and chairs as well as pool towels available.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
