This expansive estate boasts 13 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, two pools (75 sq.m. & 20 sq.m.), the island’s only paddle ball court, gym, sauna and a helicopter pad for convenient access to Athens or island hopping. All of the bedrooms are en suite and each has been personalized with their individual style and characteristics. All bedrooms also have their own terrace. Three outdoor plunge pools enable you to relax under the stars in privacy. Enjoy poolside meals at the taverna lower on the hill of the property. Turn the helipad into a stage for live music, entertainment performances, weddings, you name it. The nightclub can also be turned into a theater with the cinema style projector. 10 minutes drive to the beach and hottest beach clubs. 20 minutes drive to Mykonos Town.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
