Villa MTL-4 is located in Evaggelistraki, in one of the most desirable and rare locations on the island just above Mykonos town, the villa is right at the heart of all the action, with easy access to all beaches and a very short drive to the town, yet very exclusive and private.
It features thoughtful layouts and design envisioned by legendary architect Dimitris Rizos, custom mill-work & furniture, organic COCO-MAT beds, Miele appliances, built-in storage and en-suite bathrooms.
The Villa sits on a hillside gazing out over Mykonos town and the sparkling Aegean Sea with panoramic views from every vantage point, and most importantly a spectacular sunset view!
In the main villa, you will find three spacious en-suite double rooms (the master suite is exceptional!) and one room with a bunk-bed and a private bathroom. There are two further independent studios (en-suite double rooms) that can be used for extra guests & staff.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
