Villa MAL-2 is located 6 km from the airport and 5 km. from “Chora”, downtown Mykonos. The area is known as Aleomandra and has unlimited views of Paros and Naxos.
The distance from the sea is 80 m. It is perfectly positioned between beaches with trees, namely: Ornos, Caparis and Ai Giannis. The closest market place is in Ornos. The villa is protected from the known wind of Mykonos.
On the main level there is a 35 sq.m. bedroom with a private bathroom and fireplace. The kitchen and the living room are also on the same level, not to mention the ultra spacious veranda and the 35 sq.m. swimming pool.
On a lower level there is a 45 sq.m. bedroom, which has a double bed. Above, on the top level, there are 2 bedrooms of 35 sq.m. and 25 sq.m. each, with double beds and suite bathrooms.
Internet, flat TV in the living room and full air conditioning in all rooms are some of the amenities offered in the Villa.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
