It is gracefully situated at the hillside of the bay, sheltered by the wind, while the beach is only a minute walk away thanks to the direct beach access that the property offers.
Villa FTL-6 praises traditional architecture, incorporating a mixture of stone and concrete, and is tastefully decorated with warm colors. At the same time, it invites guests to unwind on the multiple lounge areas and the BBQ/dining area of the expansive terrace and gives the opportunity to the most athletic ones to remain active at the outdoor gym area, while gazing at the crystal-clear Aegean waters.
The property comprises 2 levels. The upper level (pool level) hosts the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 3 en suite bedrooms (out of which 2 masters) and the guest bathroom (main unit) and a guest room with independent entrance (outside of the main unit). At the lower level, there are another 2 master bedrooms with a shared balcony overlooking Ftelia Bay (main unit – access through the interior staircase) and a second guest room with independent entrance (outside of the main unit).
The outdoor area hosts the infinity pool (heated upon request, extra cost), the dining area with the BBQ and food preparation area, several lounge areas and the gym with direct sea view.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
