Villa KRC-2 is the biggest villa of the complex with 6 master bedrooms and a total area of 300 sq.m. On the ground level are 3 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, WC, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with an amazing view and on the upper level one can find another 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and planted roof tops. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The amazing 90 sq.m. tear-drop shaped infinity pool with Jacuzzi and fiber optics, is undoubtedly villas jewel. Remarkable outdoor dining, sitting and bar areas, excellent gardens that will only take your breath away.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
