In harmony with the traditional architecture of Mykonos island and enjoying one of the most panoramic locations, AMG-2 Villa stands as a tribute to traditional design and appreciation of space.
The Villa is built on a plot of about 18.210 sq.m., in an amphitheater location, occupying a total area of 430 sq.m. on two levels, comprising an open space living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 master bedrooms, 1 WC for guests and 3 studios, as well as 1 studio ideal for service staff or guests.
Outdoor, there are shaded lounge and dining areas with BBQ while the comfortable sunbathing beds around the large private infinity pool, offer the perfect scenery to enjoy the day in privacy.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
