There is also a dining room, the main kitchen with outdoor cooking facilities, a BBQ and small open sitting area by the kitchen as well as a main sitting area with fireplace and a separate adjacent room with bar and its own bathroom with shower and a dressing corridor
There is access to the staff quarters.
There are large verandas with pergolas to enjoy outdoor meals

Upper level of the Villa:
Luxury double bedroom with fireplace, sitting area and large windows overlooking the bay
This bedroom suite features dressing room and bathroom with tub and separate shower stall.
Second luxury bedroom with walk-in dressing room , bathroom with full shower and W.C room.
These two bedrooms share a landing area with small office facility.
Each room has access to its own private terrace.
Ground floor of the Villa
Independent junior suite, with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. This suite has external private entrance from the main villa.
Lower level – Pool level
This level features deluxe double bedroom, with large bathroom with bathtub and a second double bedroom (that could be used as sitting room) with kitchenette, fireplace, and bathroom with shower.
Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool of the villa
On this level of the luxury Villa there is a third comfortable bedroom with sitting area, kitchenette and shower room.
A fourth double bedroom with kitchenette and a shower room is also available at this level of the pool. This bedroom has private entrance.
All luxury bedrooms of the pool level of the villa have direct access to the pool.
There is also a large sitting area – recreation room with sliding doors leading to the swimming pool and a gym area an open plan kitchen and a separate guest bathroom with shower.
There are also external covered sitting areas with BBQ, outdoor shower and pathways to annex.
Annex
A separate annex of 80 sq. m. is situated below the pool providing split level accommodation with one double bedroom, a sitting area (that can sleep two more guests),a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
There is also a terrace with fantastic sea view.
The villa has amazing views over the ancient island of Delos and the most breathtaking sunsets in Mykonos !!!

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
