The luxury newly built SPC-2 Villa stands out perfectly very close to the golden sandy beaches of Super Paradise and Agrari and the cosmopolitan beach club-restaurant Jackie’ O. Being nicely hidden on a quiet flat hill, it is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the airport, the new port and Chora, town of Mykonos, making it a very rare and exclusive island retreat.

The villa’s 300 sq.m. together with the outdoor living areas of more than 800 sq.m, are part of a plot of land of 4.050 sq.m. Facing south it offers a unique view to the famous Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands Paros and Naxos. 

The inspired, architectural design and decoration, with the high quality of materials used for its construction, which have been selected with care in order to respect the Cycladic style and tradition, will pleasantly impress its guests. 

INDOOR

SPC-2 Villa consists of the main villa and two guest houses with an overall of 5 en-suite bedrooms, with king size double beds, all with sea view. The master bedroom with its large private veranda and a panoramic sea view, occupies the first floor of the main villa.

The two guest houses have their own independent entrance, kitchen facilities and a spacious living area with a sofa single bed each, where a third person can be accommodated. 

The dining area with the fully equipped kitchen and the living rooms on the ground floor of the main villa, with the elegant furniture made by well-known designers, as well as the steam bath, the central air-conditioning system, and other luxurious comforts offer an exclusive holiday experience. 

The fireplace and the central heating make the villa a cozy accommodation for winter holidays too.

OUTDOOR

The spacious, outdoor lounge and dining areas by the pool and the sheltered open-air Jacuzzi, embraced by the spectacular scenery of the huge Cycladic rock, compose a magnificent environment providing high privacy and tranquility. Here you will enjoy your stay, sunbathing all day long under the endless blue of the sunny sky while feeling the meltemi breeze on your face.

The BBQ-bar area by the pool will be another of your favorite places to spend most of your time. Sitting comfortably at the stone-built cozy sofas which are surrounding the large wooden dining tables, you can enjoy an alfresco dinner and your drinks gazing at the shiny Aegean Sea.

The whole exterior area, which is well protected from the strong Cycladic north winds, with the pool shower and the outdoor WC offer full autonomy from the rest of the house.                            

The property features a private parking space of more than 10 cars and it is equipped with a generator to ensure continuous supply in case of public network power failure.

HOUSEKEEPING

The personnel, who stay at the premises permanently at a discreetly located studio with independent entrance to avoid disturbance, offer housekeeping on a daily basis and assistance to any request or difficulty it may arise.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date

If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.

*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.

The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.

Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
