Villa ELP-1 is located in Pirgi, between Paradise Bay and Super Paradise beach, just a few minutes’ drive from the famous beach restaurants Jackie ‘O and Cavo Paradiso. It has 230 degrees of uninterrupted sea view of the islands of Naxos and Delos.
ELP-1 is a unique 250 sq.m. property that consists of six bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, while the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi. There is also an open-plan kitchen, large indoor dining and living rooms, an immense outdoor dining area, bar and BBQ, all covered by a pergola, a beautiful 110 sq.m. heated swimming pool, a comfortable outdoor living room-lounge area covered by a pergola, surround sound system all around and a WC.
In addition to the Main House there are also two guest houses that can accommodate two couples. In total this villa accommodates 8 couples (or 16 people).

Guests have front and side access through balcony doors to the outdoor dining, bar and BBQ area, covered by a pergola. Outdoors, guests can also relax at the beautiful, pergola covered lounge-living room area next to the swimming pool, while enjoying the surround sound system which is installed. Amazing sea and pool view.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
