The ground floor hosts the main living room and kitchen areas, which both open to the pool area, and a large en suite double bedroom. The upper floor hosts 2 en suite large double bedrooms which share a veranda. All spaces in this unit enjoy unobstructed sea views. The outdoor area right outside of the main unit (ground level) features the infinity swimming pool and main outdoor sitting and dining areas with a BBQ and food preparation area. A stairway on the left of the outdoor area leads to the lower level of the property which hosts 2 guest rooms, which share a veranda with a sea view, and the staff room. On the left of the main outdoor area, there is a second smaller stairway which leads to another guest room. All guest rooms and the staff room have independent entrances.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
