Villa A-5 is an exceptionally unique property located in the Southern part of Mykonos, oriented towards the famous Paradise beach and the island of Naxos, with stunning views over the Aegean Sea and its secluded private bay.
The Villa is situated in the most vivid area of the island, just walking distances from the famous beaches of Paradise and Paraga, which have established Mykonos as an internationally cosmopolitan destination.
Within a private land of breathtaking view, the extensive grounds with their walkways, surrounding the Villa, have been landscaped in such a way as to allow privacy and seclusion either around the infinity pool with magnificent sea views, or the mini-pool, which is ideal relaxation spot for the grownups or playground for the little ones.
The spacious outdoor (including BBQ) and indoor areas feature numerous facilities for any need and mood.
Every thought has been given into making your stay at Villa A-5 easy and enjoyable. However, in case it is desired, we have a selection of supplementary services (e.g., renting of a sailing boat or cruiser, catering services, on-site massage, etc.) all of which can be offered on a demand basis and be booked in advance, subject to availability.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
