From the Grand Master Suite, guests have a panoramic view of Mykonos Island and during night-time it feels like dancing lights.
Comfortably chic living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, WC, fireplace, indoor Jacuzzi and underfloor heating for winter accommodation as well. This Villa is the reflection of Villa #3, since it has the exact same traits and it is as if one is gazing through a mirror. A ground level Villa with a total of 150 sq.m. that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of 3 Master Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and infinity views from the chambers to all the Aegean Sea, terrace in front of every room, fully equipped kitchen, WC, living and sitting room areas.
The Villa has its own private pool with Jacuzzi (30 sq.m.), magnificent outdoor dining and sitting areas that spread over the 220 sq.m. plot. The marvelous plantations match perfectly the scenery of Kounoupas hill and provide the isolation needed from other guests in the complex.

The 3rd Villa of the complex is the twin of Villa #2, consisting of 3 Master Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and infinity views from the bedrooms to all the Aegean Sea, terrace in front of every room, fully equipped kitchen, WC, living and sitting room areas. A ground level villa with a total of 150 sq.m. that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The Villa has its own private pool with Jacuzzi (30 sq.m.), magnificent outdoor dining and sitting areas that spread over the 170 sq.m. plot. The marvelous plantations match perfectly the scenery of Kounoupas hill and provide the isolation needed from other guests in the complex.

General Info
*Villa features & offered services included in this price are described in details, in website’s ‘’Villa features’’ section.
*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
