Located on a stunning plot of land of 5.700 sq.m. KNL-2 Villa consists of one building site and offers a total living area of 600 sq.m. The spacious ground floor accommodates superb sitting rooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a WC. On the upper floor you will find an independent guest room with its own private entrance. At the lower lever it offers an adjoining indoor pool/spa. Furthermore, there are rooms available for personnel, a large storage room as well as a boiler room.
It is also accommodating two bedrooms on the upper level and four bedrooms and a laundry at the ground level. All bedrooms are spacious and have en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. Moreover, there is an additional room on the upper floor of the building.
The outdoor area hosts a magnificent swimming pool which leads to the sitting rooms and bedrooms. There are also outdoor sitting and dining areas under wooden pergolas and private verandas for all the bedrooms and the guest room. The Villa is accessed by a private road and parking area is provided.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
