LVM-1 is a 4-Villas Complex, located at Lia beach, just next to Kalafatis. Its harmonious and romantic location offers a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea. The Complex is built on a private property of 9.500 sq.m. The property has three private infinity pools and a pool bar.
LVM-1 Villas Complex consists of 2 Villas (250 sq.m. & 90 sq.m.) entirely renovated with exceptional design, combining modern and traditional Mykonian style. The outstanding terrace offers an amazing sea view combined with the private infinity pool, bar and BBQ. A total of 6 bedrooms with Queen-size beds can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
Another Villa (150 sq.m.) of 4 double bedrooms (the 4th bedroom is an independent suite with its own entrance), each with its own bathroom can accommodate 8 guests. The Villa has a living room area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors there is a big poolside terrace with an outdoor living area surrounded by marble floor, the private & heated pool, BBQ, 2 Palm trees and garden.
The fourth Villa of 115 sq.m. consists of 3 bedrooms (all with sea view and pool view and one bedroom is an independent suite with its own entrance), 3 bathrooms, living-room (sea view and pool view) and kitchen. It can accommodate 6 guests. The outside area is made from marble, with a private pool (12 x 4 meters) and a large marble table with an outstanding view.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
