Villa KLV-10 is a seafront Villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is located in Kalo Livadi facing the golden colors of the sunrise where the sea becomes one with the blue of the pool.
Villa KLV-10 is located within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, which is famous for its golden sand. Kalo Livadi is a fully organized beach where you can find the famous beach bars Lohan and Solymar.
The Villa has 3 levels. On the first level there are four master bedrooms and a large courtyard with a lounge area and sea views.
On the second level you can find two living rooms, a dining room, kitchen and a terrace with additional living and dining area with amazing sea views.
On the third level there is an independent suite with its own living room as well as sea views.
In the pool area, where you can enjoy the superb sunrise, there are sun loungers, daybed hammock and a sitting and dining area with a bar.
Villa KLV-10 is suitable for both private and family vacations.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
