Villa ADR-5 is only a few minutes from Mykonos Town and has access to a lovely sandy beach which never crowds within a 5-minute walk along a private footpath.
Its wooden sun deck on the seafront is ideal for soaking the sun, or a quick dip in the sea. Its newly built sea dock (68 sq.m.) allows you to dive into the magnificent waters of Aleomandra, as well as visit almost instantly all the famous Mykonian beaches, with a boat.

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
