KLF-10 is a Cycladic Villa, enhanced by modern comforts cleverly blended with minimal chic and contemporary interior designs. The property is located in the Kalafatis area, providing numerous superb beaches and club-restaurants and yet not far away from the center of Mykonos town. Although the Villa is just steps away from the sea the guests may enjoy its outdoor luxury spaces while experiencing unique and mesmerizing views of the Aegean’s natural landscape.
Villa KLF-10 consists of two levels. On the main level, there is a living and dining room area with a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and sea view and a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and garden view. In the outdoor area, on the same level, you can find the private swimming pool with a hydromassage and sunbeds. The outdoor lounge and dining area with the bar have an infinite and endless sea view of the Aegean Sea while protected by a pergola.
On the first level, there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a private balcony with panoramic sea view as well as an extra spacious balcony with scenic view of Kalafatis beach.
Villa KLF-10 is equipped with smart TVs, A/C, hairdryer, spacious closets, and a safe box.
On the lower level there is an extra bedroom with a single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, smart TV and independent entrance available for personnel upon request.
There is a protected parking space available for 4 cars.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
