KLF-12 is a 2-Villas Complex, enhanced by modern comforts cleverly blended with minimal chic and contemporary interior designs. The property is located in the Kalafatis area, providing numerous superb beaches and club-restaurants and yet not far away from the center of Mykonos town. Although the Villas are just steps away from the sea the guests may enjoy its outdoor luxury spaces while experiencing unique and mesmerizing views of the Aegean’s natural landscape.
Each Villa consists of two levels. There are living and dining room areas with fully equipped kitchens and spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor areas there are private swimming pools with hydromassage and sunbeds. The outdoor lounge and dining areas have an infinite and endless sea view of the Aegean Sea while protected by pergolas.
The Villas are equipped with smart TVs, A/C, hairdryer, spacious closets, and safe box.
On the lower level of each Villa there is an extra bedroom with a single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, smart TV and independent entrance available for personnel upon request.
There is also a protected parking space available.

General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
