All rooms equipped with smart TVs of 50-55’ inches (with features like Netflix and, upon demand though with no additional cost, apple tv); All rooms equipped with high quality Simon mattresses, A/C, ceiling fan, balcony doors, switchboard phone, safe-deposit boxes and fire extinguishers. All main doors of the Villa are electromagnetic safety doors with auto-lock systems that open/close without the need of a key but only with use of a special tab. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Living room/pool area equipped with individual sound system compatible with Android and IOS.
KLV-13 is a most luxurious and elegant small Villa with a stunning panoramic uninterrupted view of the Kalo Livadi beach, only a breath away from the beach. Recently renovated it has been designed in such a way that, coupled with its endless facilities, provides our guests with the ultimate experience.
General Info

*BOOKING : A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid by Bank Transfer and the outstanding balance must be received 45 days prior to check-in date
If the booking takes place 21 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance.
*A security deposit is equal to one day rental and must be settled before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.
The deposit can be paid with the balance of the reservation or with cash at the time of check-in directly to the owner.
Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to assess the condition of the property.
